How secure are my personal details?

Your personal details are kept secure on our website and servers through the use of 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and secure computing practices and we will never provide your details to any other party.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express), PayPal and EFT (otherwise known as bank deposits).You can also pay by giving your credit card details over the phone, if you’re reluctant to enter them over the internet.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Australian addresses via Australia Post. Currently Sporting Nation can also send orders to USA, UK, India, Pakistan, South Africa and New Zealand - Note the customer is responsible for any local taxes or duties.  If you reside elsewhere and wish to order please email info@sportingnation.com.au for an international shipping quote.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Getting your order quickly is as important to us as it is to you, so we will make every effort to get it to you super fast. We post orders every business day and in general, if you live in major towns and cities your order will be delivered within 2-7 business days. Standard-sized packages are sent via Australia post and will arrive at their destination in the usual period it would take for a parcel to reach your delivery address from Melbourne, VIC. If your order involves non-standard freight (large, heavy items) we will contact you with special delivery details.

If your order contains an out of stock item we are expecting to receive in a reasonable amount of time we may hold off sending your order until the item arrives. If an item is likely to be unavailable for an extended period of time we will contact you to discuss your options.

We will inform you when your order has been dispatched. After placing your order keep an eye on your email inbox for notifications and updates from us. If you are not home to receive delivery of your order, Australia Post will leave a slip with the details of a post office from which your order can be picked up. Australia Post will not leave parcels unattended.

If you have arranged for special freight of an item you may need to be home to accept delivery. In this case we will be in touch with you to discuss delivery in further detail. Listed below are approximate delivery times, but please note that during busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take longer:

• Melbourne: 1-2 working days
• Rural Victoria: 2-4 working days
• Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra and Tasmania: 3 - 4 working days
• Perth, Darwin and Cairns: 4 - 6 working days
• Rural WA, QLD and NT: 7 - 14 working days

How much does it cost to post my order?

During the ordering process online you will be provided with an estimate of freight based on the weight of your shopping cart and the least expensive freight option available through Australia Post. Note that all orders totalling in excess of $50 (delivered anywhere in Australia) are not charged any postage fee.


Can I track my order?

You will be contacted as soon as your order has been posted and provided with a number which you can use to track the progress of the delivery of your order.

Can I return a product I’ve purchased?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a stone print, greeting card or canvas you have purchased from us please get in touch with us and we will be happy to replace or refund. If you need to return a purchased item please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order and return the item within 14 days of receiving it. If the 14 days period has passed then please contact us to discuss the matter further.
